Dylan Fetcho Racing Announces Anthony Bello to Snowflake 100
Bello to Run the Pro Late Model Portion of the 57th Snowball Derby Dec. 4-8, 2024
Nashville, TN (Nov. 13, 2024) – Nashville’s Dylan Fetcho Racing (DFR) announced today that Anthony Bello will drivethe No. 51 Pro Late Model for the team at 5 Flags Speedway in December for the 2024 Snowball Derby weekend: the 57thrunning of the coveted event in Pensacola, Florida.
Bello, 19, hails from Newtown, Connecticut and has seen a successful and rapid progression in his racing career that began at age 7.
Cutting his teeth on the indoor karting series, Bello moved to the Bandolero series in 2016 at the age of 10 racing at Bethel Speedway and at the Waterford Speedbowl. Bello captured the INEX State (CT) Championship in the process. Moving up to the U.S. Legends Cars International Series in 2018 at age 12, he repeated a state championship.
Continuing his career path, at age 14, Bello moved up to the SKModifieds in 2020 at Waterford, progressing to the SK Lightsthe following year.
If that was not enough, he traveled from his home state to win the 602 championship in 2021 at Florida’s New Smyrna Speedway, while also competing at Stafford Motor Speedwayand Thompson Speedway - winning the Thompson SK Light track championship and the Modified Racing Series rookie of the year. For 2022, Bello continued in Open Modifieds and theSK Modifieds at Stafford, where he finished seventh in points,and was crowned rookie of the year there as well with 2 wins.
Last year, in 2023, Bello ran part-time in the ACT Late Models and NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour while continuing to race Open Modifieds. In 2024 he has raced Open Modifieds, PASS Late Models, and ran full-time in the SMART Modified Tourwhere he finished 8th in overall points among nearly 70 competitors.

The Derby is a big stage, and I am ready to show the world what I really have to offer in this next step of my driving career,” said Bello.
Team co-owner Dylan Fetcho, who will, himself, make his first Snowball Derby appearance this year in a Super Late Model, says the team is really pleased to add Bello to their growing development team driver roster.
The three-time Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Pro Late Model track champion said, “Anthony is on a proven path that has already seen a lot of success in his young career. All the action for the 57th Snowball Derby will kick off on December 4th. The Snowflake 100 will be on Saturday, Dec. 7beginning at 7 p.m. CST with the Super Late Model Snowball Derby taking the green flag the following day at 1 p.m. All the events will be streamed live on FloRacing.
